Muni Shri Ramesh Kumar, initiated in the saint tradition of Acharya Shri Bhikshu, the founder of Jain Swetambara Terapanth Dharma Sangh, is currently under the renowned leadership of Acharya Shri Mahashramanji, the eleventh head of the Terapanth Dharma Sangh. Muni Shri Ramesh Kumar is an expert in meditation, chanting, and penance, a well-versed scholar of mantras, and an influential religious preacher.
You were born on Vikram Samvat 2020 Bhadra Shukla Panchami, corresponding to 24-08-1963, in Sardarshahar (Rajasthan). Shriman Mangalchand Ji Sethia is your father, and Smt. Revati Devi Sethiya is your mother. Inspired by the good values received in your family since childhood, Ramesh Kumar, at the young age of 15, took Jain Bhagwati Diksha in Gangashahar (Bikaner) on Vikram Samvat 2035 Ashwin Purnima (Sharad Purnima) during the rule of Acharya Shri Tulsi, the ninth Acharya Yugpradhan of Terapanth Dharmasandh, the Sutradhar of Anuvrat. Your initiation guru was Acharya Shri Tulsi. Acharya Shri Tulsi kept you under the supervision of Munishri Rajendra Kumar Ji in the class of Dashmacharya, spiritual yogi Acharya Shri Mahapragya Ji (Muni Nathmal Ji), with a view to making you proficient in the practice of Sadhvachar and for studies, etc.
Having the good fortune of living in the proximity of Munishri Sumermalji 'Suman', the maker of your life, for 23 years in the outer sanctuary, you studied Aagam Swadhyay, Tatvagyan Parayan, elementary Sanskrit, and Prakrit language intensively. Muni Rameshkumar ji made remarkable progress in oratory, meditation, service, etc. Your literary interest is also special. Muni Ramesh Kumar Ji, the author of "Disha Sakaratmak Jeevan Ki", along with fasting, Aayambil, silent fasting, etc., also discharges his Sangha responsibility with great devotion and praiseworthy performance.

You have traveled about 40,000 kms in three countries, namely India, Nepal, and Bhutan.

You have made the lifestyle of the people development-oriented through your impressive padayatra. Many intellectuals, government officials, and politicians have been influenced by your social service personality. Diksha
Inspired by the Diksha of his sister, Ujwal Rekha Ji, and guided by the wisdom of Acharya Shri Tulsi, Muni Ramesh Kumar Ji made the transformative decision to embrace sannyas at the young age of 15. Under the mentorship of Agyawan Muni Sumermal Ji, he began his spiritual training, dedicating himself to self-discovery and a life of service.
